1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Baby Daily ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. Who Can Use the App

The App is intended for use by parents, legal guardians, and caregivers to track information about a child in their care. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the authority to enter and manage information about the child(ren) whose data you add.

3. What the App Does

Baby Daily is a local-first baby-tracking tool. It helps you log feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, health records, milestones, journal entries, and appointments for your child, and lets you set reminders. All information you enter is stored only on your device — see the Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Not Medical Advice

The App is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the App — including growth percentile charts, reminders, or any other feature — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified pediatrician or healthcare provider with any questions about your child's health, growth, feeding, sleep, or development. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you saw in the App.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App. • You're responsible for keeping your device secure — including any PIN, passcode, or biometric lock you set on the device or within the App. • If you use the App's optional backup or device-sync features, you're responsible for storing your backup files and passphrase safely. The App cannot recover a lost backup passphrase — see the Privacy Policy and in-app FAQ for details. • You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App's normal operation beyond what's permitted by applicable law.

6. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

7. Pro Purchases

Some features — including local device sync and backups, App Lock, PDF stats export, tracking more than one child, and additional visual themes — are part of an optional one-time purchase ("Pro"). Pro is priced at £6, or the equivalent in your local currency as set by the app store. It's a one-time unlock, not a recurring subscription: you pay once and it does not expire or renew. Payment is processed entirely by Google Play (or Apple's App Store, where applicable) — we never receive or store your payment details. Refunds are handled under that store's own refund policy, not by us directly. Your Pro entitlement is tied to the account you purchased with and can be restored on a new device or after reinstalling via the "Restore Purchases" option in the App. We may from time to time offer Pro for free or at a discount for a limited period; doing so does not entitle existing purchasers to a refund or credit.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and underlying code, is owned by Yomah Tech. Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.

9. Data Ownership

You own the information you enter into the App. We don't claim any ownership over your data. Because the App stores your data locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing it up; uninstalling the App, resetting your device, or losing your device may result in permanent loss of your data unless you've created a backup.

10. Service "As Is"

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any errors will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yomah Tech. Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

12. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Because the App doesn't use accounts, there's nothing further to "terminate" on our end.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
